The public website is designed to collect as little information as practical. The opportunity scan runs in your browser and does not transmit its answers unless you choose to include them in an inquiry.
What the website processes
The site may use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to understand aggregate visits, button use, and technical performance. These services are intended to provide privacy-conscious site measurement. The site does not sell visitor information.
Opportunity scan
Your opportunity-scan choices remain in the current browser session. They are included in the contact-page URL only when you choose to continue to an assessment, and are transmitted only if you send an inquiry through your email application.
Direct inquiries
If you email Glass City Intelligence, the information you provide is used to respond to the inquiry, evaluate a possible engagement, and maintain ordinary business records. Do not send passwords, API keys, regulated records, or other sensitive production data through the public inquiry channel.
Retention and service providers
Inquiry records may be retained for business follow-up, security, and legal purposes. Website hosting and measurement are provided through Vercel. Email delivery is handled by the configured email provider.
Your choices
You may request correction or deletion of information supplied in an inquiry, subject to legitimate legal and business-record requirements, by emailing hello@glasscityi.com.
