What the website processes

The site may use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to understand aggregate visits, button use, and technical performance. These services are intended to provide privacy-conscious site measurement. The site does not sell visitor information.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 on the public marketing pages to understand visits, traffic sources, pages viewed, scrolling, outbound link clicks, video engagement, and downloads. Google processes cookie identifiers, browser and device information, and approximate location for these reports. Our integration omits inquiry fields and private workspace or report pages; it removes non-campaign query values from page addresses and query values from referring addresses before sending page views. We do not enable Google signals or advertising personalization in this integration. See Google’s Privacy Policy for how Google processes information.

Microsoft Clarity

We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors interact with this website through usage metrics, heatmaps, and session recordings. This can include pages viewed, clicks, scrolling, referring pages, device information, and time spent. Microsoft processes this information using cookies and similar technologies according to the project settings and applicable consent choices. Clarity’s project settings control which content is masked in recordings. The children’s monster games are excluded. Our integration initializes regardless of Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track browser signals; the website records those signals in its own access log, which also keeps each visitor’s network address, rather than acting on them. Each recording is linked to that access log by an anonymous visitor identifier so a recording can be matched to the visit that produced it. Recordings may be limited where consent is required or browser protections block tracking.

Opportunity scan

The opportunity scan prepares its results locally. Following a contact link can include selected assessment categories in the page URL, which website measurement services may process. No written inquiry is sent merely by using the scan.

Direct inquiries

The main project form sends the fields you complete, the submitting page address, and an approximate city, region, and country inferred from your network address to Glass City Intelligence after you review and select Send. Network location can be inaccurate, especially with a VPN or mobile connection. A third-party email service delivers the message to dmcconaughy@glasscityi.com; the address you enter is used for a reply. Other concept forms may still prepare an email draft in your own email application. We use inquiry information to respond, evaluate a possible engagement, and maintain ordinary business records. Do not send passwords, API keys, regulated records, or other sensitive production data through the public inquiry channel.

Retention and service providers

Inquiry records may be retained for business follow-up, security, and legal purposes. Website hosting and performance measurement are provided through Vercel; traffic measurement is provided through Google Analytics and behavior measurement through Microsoft Clarity. Resend processes email sent from the main project form.
